PUBLIC NOTICE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Barnstead Town Hall concerning the following requests:
1. CASE No. 0508-189 David and Carreen Carney, 398 Narrows Road, Map 32, Lot 11 are requesting a variance to Article 3, Section 3-3.01 to build a new modular home with a side set back less than 15’ minimum required by the Town of Barnstead Zoning Ordinance.
2. CASE No. 0508-190: David and Carreen Carney, 398 Narrows Road, Map 32, Lot 11 are requesting a variance to Article 4, Section 4-2.07 to add a deck to the modular home with a shoreline setback less than 50’ minimum required by the Town of Barnstead Zoning Ordinance.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.
