FEE SCHEDULE
(Per Land Subdivision Control Regulations {as amended July 6, 1989})
Application Fee: $25.00 per lot.
Notification Fee: $3.00 per abutter to cover certified mailing for public hearings (we ask that you provide the certified mail postage of $5.54 per envelope), reproduction costs, and posting costs shall be paid at the time of filing the application and for each successive notification as necessary. $11.54 per abutter if the applicant does not prepare the certified forms and provide postage.*
Additional Fees: Any applicant may be required to pay additional reasonable fees imposed by the Planning Board to cover its administrative expenses and costs of special investigative studies, review of documents and other matters which may be required by a particular application. {RSA 676:4-I(g)}
Inspection Fees: All fees and costs connected with inspections and engineering review of plans and specifications for improvements shall be paid for by the Applicant, at a rate determined by the planning Board.
